Our pieces are mostly handmade-to-order, please consider this when you make your purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please notify me within 7 days of your delivery at info@miscjewellery.com or (416) 460-6646 or DM us at instagram.com/miscjewellery – a return will be arranged for select pieces*. The customer is responsible for return shipping and any applicable duty costs. Refunds are issued within 7-14 business days once the order has arrived back at our address, and if the piece is in its original, new condition and packaging.

Refund Policy
Misc. Jewellery maintains the right to protect ourselves from fraudulence and theft. All orders flagged as fraudulent will be refunded. If you believe your order was mistakenly refunded, please contact info@miscjewellery.com.
