Refund policy
RETURNS & REFUNDS.
Misc. Jewelry pieces are mostly handcrafted-to-order, please consider this when you make your purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please notify us within 7 days of your delivery at info@miscjewellery.com – a return will be arranged for select pieces only. (See below for pieces that are not eligible for return / refund or exchange).
The customer is responsible for return shipping and any applicable duty costs. Refunds are issued within 3-5 business days once the order has arrived back at Misc. Jewellery workshop location (below), and if the piece is in its original, new condition and packaging.
NON-REFUNDABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS.
Due to the specific process and personalization of the following pieces, they are not eligible for a return / refund or exchange:
- All handcrafted-to-order pieces
- All custom designed or sourced pieces
- Engraved pieces
- Any pieces with signs of wear (scratches, marks, etc).
REFUNDABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS.
Misc. Jewellery accepts refunds or exchanges for the following items:
- All Ready-to-order pieces (that are not engraved or customized)
All Misc. Jewelry is designed and handmade for long-lasting wear. If your piece breaks due to hardware failure or defect, please contact us and we’d be happy to discuss repairing options.
