Is your order a time sensitive Christmas gift? To help mitigate any unwanted shipping delays, we recommend selecting Express shipping at Checkout, or Local Curb-side Pickup.

All Ready-to-Order jewellery is shipped out within 1-3 business days of ordering.

All Handmade-to-Order jewellery is shipped out within 3-10 business days of ordering (average of 6), with exception to the Diamond Collection.

All Diamond Collection jewellery is shipped out within 3-5 weeks of ordering.

CANADIAN ORDERS

CURB-SIDE PICK-UP ORDERS

Handmade-to-order jewellery should be placed no later than December 13 at 1:00PM EST.
Ready-to-order jewellery should be placed no later than December 22 at 1:00PM EST.

FREE SHIPPING CANADA ORDERS:

Handmade-to-order jewellery should be placed no later than December 6 at 1:00PM EST.
Ready-to-order jewellery should be placed no later than December 9 at 1:00PM EST.

EXPRESS SHIPPING CANADA ORDERS:

Handmade-to-order jewellery should be placed no later than December 9 at 4:00PM EST.
Ready-to-order jewellery should be placed no later than December 15 at 1:00PM EST.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

FREE SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Handmade-to-order jewellery should be placed no later than November 29 at 1:00PM EST.
Ready-to-order jewellery should be placed no later than December 6 at 1:00PM EST.

Holiday Return and Exchange Policy

**Enjoy gifting all season long with our extended Refund Policy. Our pieces are mostly handmade-to-order, please consider this when you make your purchase.**

Orders placed between November 1 - December 31, 2021 may be fully refunded or exchanged for a gift card of the same value until January 31st, 2022 for select pieces*. Our gift cards do not expire, so there’s plenty of time to choose something amazing. The customer is responsible for return shipping and any applicable duty costs.

Meet Our Founder

Meet Lana, the creative force behind Misc. Jewellery. Lana attributes her entrepreneurial drive to her parents, who have been creating and selling handmade jewellery in Toronto, Canada since 2004. Persistent commitment and modest beginnings as Armenian immigrants remain a source of inspiration for Lana today.

After graduating from McMaster University with a B. Com. degree, Lana decided to keep her family’s legacy alive by diving headfirst into the smallbiz dream. And voila! Misc. Jewellery was born - a brand that radiates with Lana’s unique creative vision and unstoppable entrepreneurial spirit.

HUMBLE ROOTS

Misc. Jewellery was born out of the influence of Lana's family's modest Armenian immigrant heritage and their strong, independent work ethic. Lana has been deeply inspired by her parents' steadfast commitment to their craft and tireless work ethic, which has motivated her to establish Misc. Jewellery.
